Ford Ranger 3.0 TDCi 156 bhp
The Ford Ranger with its 4 cylinder engine is an excellent base for tuning as its relatively underpowered as standard but capable of very good torque figures. It uses Bosch EDC16 ECU technology, and due to locality and difficulty of removal, we only carry these out at our workshop location. We also remove the speed limiter fixed at 110mph. We develop all of our software on the rolling road to ensure accuracy in terms of both power delivery and also to ensure fuelling, boost pressures and exhaust gas temperatures are all within tolerance. Our aim is for maximum power whilst maintaining optimum reliability.
